At Home Container Collection Service

Don't have time to return your containers in person? We've got you covered! For a hassle-free way to return your containers for cash, simply fill out the form below or call our collections team at 0499 699 295 to schedule a pick-up.

Home Collection Service Details:

  • Pick-Up Day: Every Wednesday
  • Booking Deadline: Place your booking by the Friday of the previous week
  • Eligibility: Minimum of 200 containers or a $5 surcharge will apply

Payment:

  • We pay 6c per eligible drink container for all pick-ups.
  • Payment options: Cash, EFT via Member Number or Donation
  • Please note: Eligible containers refund for 10c in Queensland; we take a 4c service fee per container for home collections.

Member Number

A Member Number, previously known as a scheme ID, is a unique code that facilitates payments through the Partners for Change Program. This number ensures that your refunds are automatically sent to your chosen method, whether it’s your bank account, PayPal, or a charitable cause.

By using a Member Number, you can easily track your return history and progress through our app or online account.

How to Create a Member Number

  • Visit the Signup Page: Go to Containers for Change Signup.
  • Sign Up: Click “Sign up as an individual” and enter your email and secure password. If you’re creating a Member Number for your organisation, use your organisation’s email address.
  • Verification: Enter the 4-digit code sent to your mobile number and continue.
  • Personal Details: Fill in your details and accept the terms and conditions. Ensure the mobile number entered is easily accessible for verification.
  • Payment Method: Choose where you want your refund to go:
    • Bank Account: Enter your bank details, save, and set as your preferred payment method.
    • PayPal: Select PayPal and follow the same steps.
    • Charity: Select a good cause, search for the cause or category, set it as your charity, and make it your preferred payment method.
